Abstract. Although organizations invest heavily on employee training, the effectiveness of training programs has not been well-established. In current study, we examine delivery features to derive a better understanding that may be best benefit in improvement affective outcomes. Specifically, and via use meta-analysis ( k = 79 studies totaling 107 independent effect sizes), focus two broad classes outcomes including attitudinal motivational Results evidence support for workplace interventions indicate associated with versus require different while being delivered reach optimal effectiveness.
